How does Wholly Halal work?

We deliver premium, halal by hand meats straight to your door—frozen, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer. You build your own box by picking what you want, check out (minimum $75), and we take care of the rest. It's that easy.

Do I have to subscribe?

Nope. You can try our curated boxes without a subscription. But if you do subscribe, you'll unlock some juicy perks—like free meat for a whole year (yes, really) and more flexibility with your meats.

What’s the free meat for a year thing?

It’s our way of saying thank you. When you subscribe, you get to choose one of four meat products—and we’ll include it for free in every single box for a full year. No catch, just great halal meat on us.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph/Eramosa, Woolwich, Wellesley, Wilmot, North Dumfries, Wellington County, Woodstock, Oxford County, Brantford, Brant County, Stratford, Perth County and Cambridge, with more provinces coming soon.

Is everything really halal?

Yes. We only source from certified hand-slaughtered halal processors who follow strict Islamic guidelines. We personally vet every partner to ensure complete halal integrity—no shortcuts, ever. Our partners are HMA Certified. 

Where does the meat come from?

All our meat comes from local Ontario farms that raise animals ethically, without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We keep it close to home so you can feel good about every bite.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes—just $75. No boxes, bundles, or weird restrictions. Pick what you want, and once you hit $75, shipping is free.

How does shipping work?

We have an order deadline of Sunday at midnight every week. That means as long as you order prior to Sunday you can choose a shipping date for the week based on which days we delivery in your area. And yes, shipping is always free.

Can I customize my box every time?

Absolutely. We don’t lock you into a preset box. With Wholly Halal, you’re in full control—change your cuts, try something new, or reorder your favourites.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! Log into your account anytime to pause, skip, or cancel. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. We’re here when you need us.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We're working hard to be as eco-conscious as possible. Our boxes are 100% recyclable, and the ice packs can be reused. We're always looking for ways to reduce waste without compromising food safety.

Can I send Wholly Halal as a gift?

You bet! Whether it’s a thank-you, Eid surprise, or corporate gift, we’ll help you send a custom halal meat box anywhere in Ontario. Visit our Corporate Gifts page to learn more.

I have a big family—can I order more?

Yes! There’s no maximum, so stock up as much as you want. As long as your cart is over $75, you're good to go.
