We offer free delivery across Ontario on all orders over $75. Most GTA orders are shipped for same or next-day delivery, while areas farther away may take a few additional days depending on distance.

Every order is packed with enough dry ice to keep your meat safely frozen throughout its journey. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Most orders arrive within just a few days.

Dry ice is used to keep your meat boxes frozen and fresh during delivery. It’s completely normal to see a small amount remaining when you open your box. Do not touch it with bare hands—it’s extremely cold!

Here’s what to do:

1. Let it evaporate – Leave the dry ice in the box in a well-ventilated area, away from children and pets. Within a few hours it will naturally turn into gas and disappear.
   
2. Do not throw it in the trash or down the sink – Just let it sublimate (evaporate) on its own.
   
3. Handle with care – If you need to move it, use gloves or tongs to avoid direct contact.
   

Once the dry ice is gone, you can recycle or reuse the packaging materials — they’re 100% curbside recyclable!
