Shipping policy

Where We Ship
Currently, Wholly Halal ships to Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. We’re working hard to expand to more regions soon.

Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for free delivery. We do not currently ship orders under $75.

Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and delivered to your door on the day that you selected.

Packaging
Your order is packed in a recyclable insulated box with gel ice packs designed to keep products frozen for hours after delivery. All meat is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen for maximum freshness.

Not Home?
No problem! If you’re not home, the box will be left at your door. Our packaging ensures that everything stays frozen for several hours. We recommend bringing your box inside and transferring items to the freezer as soon as possible.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives with damaged packaging or thawed items, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@ammarhalalmeats.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
