Shipping policy

Where We Ship
Currently, Wholly Halal ships across the province of Ontario, Canada. We’re working hard to expand to more regions soon. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Shipping Fees
All orders with a subscription qualify for free delivery. One-time orders are subject to a $14.00 flat-rate shipping fee. We do not currently ship any orders under $75 for subscriptions and $99 for one-time purchases.

Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and delivered to your door on the day that you selected.

Packaging
Your order is packed in a recyclable insulated box with dry ice designed to keep products frozen for hours after delivery. All meat is freshly cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for maximum freshness. 

Not Home?
No problem! If you’re not home, the box will be left at your door. Our packaging ensures that everything stays frozen for several hours. We recommend bringing your box inside and transferring items to the freezer as soon as possible.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives with damaged packaging or thawed items, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@whollyhalal.ca with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
