Our Bone-In Beef Capless Rib Roast is a premium halal showpiece—richly marbled, deeply flavourful, and left on the bone for extra juiciness and that classic roast-beef depth. “Capless” means the rib cap (spinalis) has been removed for a more uniform shape and even slicing, making it perfect for holiday dinners, family gatherings, or an impressive Sunday roast.
Cooking Tip:
Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic (add rosemary/thyme if you like). Let it sit at room temp for 30–60 minutes. Roast at 450°F for 15 minutes to brown, then reduce to 325°F and continue until it reaches:
