Tender, juicy, and perfectly sized for smaller gatherings, our small Whole Turkey makes a beautiful centrepiece for holiday dinners and family celebrations. Its mild, savoury flavour pairs effortlessly with classic herbs, warm spices, stuffing, and all your favourite sides.

Serves about 6–8 people.

COOKING TIP: If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 2–3 days. Pat the turkey dry, coat lightly with butter or oil, and season generously inside and out. Roast uncovered at 325°F for approximately 2½–3 hours, or until the thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°F (82°C). Let it rest for 20–30 minutes before carving to keep the meat juicy.
