Made for bigger tables, our Large Whole Halal Turkey delivers tender, flavourful meat with enough to feed the family—and hopefully leave some for next-day sandwiches. It’s an impressive centrepiece for Thanksgiving, holiday feasts, and special gatherings, ready to be seasoned and prepared your way.

COOKING TIP: If frozen, allow approximately 3–4 days to thaw fully in the refrigerator. For crispier skin, pat the turkey completely dry before rubbing it with butter or oil and your favourite herbs and seasonings. Roast uncovered at 325°F for approximately 3½–4½ hours, checking the temperature early since cooking time will vary by weight. Cook until the thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°F (82°C), then rest for 25–30 minutes before carving.
